This development would spoil the views and feel of Luz. It is not necessary as there are many empty properties in Luz (and not just for now due to Covid but has been this way for many years)

Luz already had three hotels which are not fully utilised. The hill is a popular place for visitors to view the landscape ànd would be a big loss to Luz.

It is unreasonable to build 4 storey blocks of apartments. It obscures the view from my Acacias Apartment. That height would not be complementary to the surrounding area . It would also drain on the already overburdened resources.
