Hijab and Niqab should not be banned.
Ramis n.
I am writing to express my concern regarding recent discussions about banning the niqab in Portugal. Every individual has the right to freedom of expression and personal choice, including the right to decide what to wear. Clothing is a matter of personal, cultural, and religious identity, and no government or institution should have the authority to take this freedom away from women. Restricting what women can wear does not promote equality or liberation - it simply replaces one form of control with another. True freedom means allowing women to make their own choices, whether that means wearing a niqab or not. I urge you to reconsider any policy that limits women's right to choose their own clothing and to instead support their autonomy and freedom. Sincerely, Ramis Nikzad.

The way to dress is the right of the person, and we should not take their right away using security as an excuse when there are other ways to ensure safety instead of targeting Muslim women.

Give peace a chance. We shouldn't stumble on people's rights. Instead of the injustice, use that strength to fight insecurities. Thanks ??
