Kathleen K.	Feral/street cats often have a bad reputation; education is key for keeping them safe. Mr No Ears and his friends are some of the lucky ones. A small plaque explaining their situation would not only alleviate concerns that people might have about their lifestyle, it could even encourage people to go home and start a project to help street cats in their own area.
