Eletricistas TET devem ser incluidos nas Profissões de natureza penosa ou desgastante / TET electricians should be included in the painful nature of professions or exhausting

Profissões natureza penosa ou desgastante, como mineiros, trabalhadores marítimos, profissionais de pesca, controladores de tráfego aéreo, bailarinos, trabalhadores portuários, bordadeiras da Madeira e trabalhadores aduaneiros têm direito a uma reforma antecipada.
E nós eletricistas que pela Lei nº 102/2009, de 10 de Setembro, que considera de risco elevado as seguintes atividades, entre outras, nas quais nos incluímos:
- Trabalhos em obras de construção, escavação, movimentação de terras, túneis, com riscos de quedas de altura ou de soterramento, demolições e intervenção em ferrovias e rodovias sem interrupção de tráfego;
- Atividades que envolvam contacto com correntes eléctricas de média e alta tensão; ,
não temos direito a estar incluídos nesta restrita lista porquê?
Será que trabalhar em altura, com condições climatéricas muitas vezes extremas, de dia e de noite, faça sol ou chuva, manter as pessoas com corrente e para tal estar constantemente com o risco elétrico presente, não será suficiente?
Será que com idades entre os 55 e os 65 anos existem ainda pessoas capazes de subir postes e torres e fazer trabalhos em tensão com perfeição e chegar ao fim do dia como se nem tivesse trabalhado?
Vamos lutar pelos nossos direitos e fazer com que também estejamos nesta lista restrita e que finalmente sejamos reconhecidos.
Faço este apelo, pois acima de tudo a saúde e o bem estar deve estar presente para Todos.
Não se esqueçam de colocar o nome completo e o número de bilhete de identidade ou do cartão do cidadão, pois só assim poderá ter validade perante a Assembleia da República

Professions painful or stressful nature, such as miners, seafarers, fisheries workers, air traffic controllers, dancers, dock workers, embroiderers Madeira and customs workers are entitled to an early retirement.
And we electricians by Law No. 102/2009, of 10 September, which considers high risk the following activities, among others, in which we include ourselves:
 - Work in construction, excavation, earthmoving, tunnels, with risks of falls from a height or burying, demolitions and intervention in railways and roads without traffic interruption;
 - Activities involving contact with electrical currents of medium and high voltage; ,
we have no right to be included on this shortlist why?
Does working at height, with weather often extreme, day and night, rain or shine, keep people with chain and for this constantly with electric risk this will not be enough?
Did aged between 55 and 65 people are still able to climb poles and towers and do live working perfectly and reach the end of the day as if it had not worked?
We will fight for our rights and we are also making this shortlist and we are finally recognized.
I make this appeal because above all the health and well-being must be present for all.
Do not forget to put the full name and number of ID card or citizen card, because only then can be valid to the Assembly of the Republic
