Cessação imediata de todas as formas de actividade de Geoengenharia em Portugal / Immediate cessation of all forms of Geoengineering activities in Portugal

Exmo. Presidente da Assembleia da República; Excelentíssimos Senhores Deputados; Ministro do Ambiente; Ministro da Agricultura; Ministro da Defesa Nacional.

Nós, o Povo Português, exigimos a cessação imediata de todas e quaisquer formas de atividades de geoengenharia, sejam elas aéreas ou terrestres, de modificação climática, planeadas ou atualmente em curso em Portugal.
As nossas Forças Armadas, em particular a nossa Força Aérea, ou pelo menos elementos da nossa Força Aérea que realizam estas atividades, juntamente com várias bases da Força Aérea dos EUA e da NATO sediadas em Espanha, precisam de receber ordens para cessar todas estas atividades imediatamente.

Isto inclui qualquer forma de injeção de aerossol estratosférico https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Stratospheric_aerosol_injection e inclui também:

1.º Semear ou dispersar qualquer substância em nuvens ou nevoeiro para alterar a distribuição do tamanho das gotículas, produzir cristais de gelo ou a coagulação das gotículas, alterar o desenvolvimento de granizo ou relâmpagos ou influenciar de qualquer forma o ciclo natural de desenvolvimento das nuvens ou o seu ambiente.

2.º Modificar a troca de radiação solar da Terra ou das nuvens, libertando gases, poeiras, líquidos ou aerossóis para a atmosfera;
3.º Modificar as características das superfícies terrestres ou aquáticas, pulverizando-as ou tratando-as com pós, sprays líquidos, corantes ou outros materiais;
4.º Libertar partículas ou iões eletricamente carregados ou radioativos para a atmosfera;
5.º Aplicar ondas de choque, fontes de energia sónica ou outras fontes explosivas ou acústicas à atmosfera;
6. Utilização de ondas de choque, fontes de energia sónica ou outras fontes explosivas ou acústicas na atmosfera;
7. Utilização de lasers ou outras fontes de radiação eletromagnética; ou
8. Outras atividades realizadas com a intenção de modificar o tempo ou o clima, incluindo atividades e experiências de gestão da radiação solar.

Estas tecnologias de modificação do tempo estão em curso nos céus portugueses desde 2011. O alumínio que é constantemente pulverizado no ambiente não só é altamente inflamável, contribuindo massivamente para os incêndios florestais que têm assolado o nosso país nos últimos anos (e que só irão piorar com o enorme risco de perda de vidas humanas no futuro), como também é cancerígeno e polui os nossos solos e águas.

Todas as entidades e instituições foram notificadas e (foram abertos processos) ao longo dos anos pela PSP, GRN Sepna, APA, IFAMA, IPMA, ANAC, help desk da União Europeia, Proteção Civil, bem como por todas as sociedades meteorológicas portuguesas e europeias. A resposta (dado que é a Força Aérea que realiza estas atividades) é que "NÃO TÊM JURISDIÇÃO" para investigar.

As evidências são contundentes de que os produtos químicos e os metais pesados ??pulverizados sobre os portugueses afetam diretamente o clima, impedindo a formação de nuvens, impedindo a chuva e criando um efeito de estufa quando os raios solares atravessam estes produtos químicos.

O nosso receio no futuro é que alguma ONG nefasta tente capitalizar este clima fabricado e pressionar o governo para criar algum tipo de "imposto climático" ou algo semelhante, quando tudo o que têm de fazer é parar de manipular o clima.

Exigimos que todas e quaisquer actividades de geoengenharia sejam imediatamente interrompidas e que o povo português seja publicamente informado de que estas actividades cessaram.

Dear President of the Assembly of the Republic; Honorable Members of the Assembly of the Republic; Minister of the Environment; Minister of Agriculture; Minister of National Defense.

We, the People of Portugal, demand the immediate cessation of all and any forms of geoengineering activities, whether aerial or ground-based climate modification activities planned or currently taking place in Portugal.
Our military in paticular our air force or at least elements of our airforce that are carrying out these activites along with various U.S airforce and NATO bases based in Spain, need to be ordered to cease all these activities immediately.

1. Seeding or dispersion of any substance in clouds or fog to alter the droplet size distribution, produce ice crystals or droplet coagulation, alter the development of hail or lightning, or in any way influence the natural cloud development cycle or their environment.

2. Modifying the exchange of solar radiation from the earth or clouds by releasing gases, dust, liquids, or aerosols into the atmosphere;
3. Modifying the characteristics of land or water surfaces by spraying or treating them with powders, liquid sprays, dyes, or other materials;
4. Releasing electrically charged or radioactive particles or ions into the atmosphere;
5. Applying shock waves, sonic energy sources, or other explosive or acoustic sources to the atmosphere;
6. Using shock waves, sonic energy sources, or other explosive or acoustic sources to the atmosphere;
7. Using lasers or other sources of electromagnetic radiation; or
8. Other activities undertaken with the intent to modify weather or climate, including solar radiation management activities and experiments.

These weather modification technologies have been ongoing in Portuguese skies since 2011. The aluminium that is constantly being sprayed on the environment is not only highly flammable massively contributing to the wild fires that have been plagueing our country for the last few years (and will only get worse with the huge risk of human life loss in the future) but also is carcinogenic and pollutes our soils and waters.

All entities and institutions have been notified and (cases made) over the years from the PSP, GRN Sepna, APA, IFAMA, IPMA, ANAC, European Union help desk, Proteção Civil as well as all Portuguese and European meterological societies. the response (as it is the air force undertaking these activities) that they "DO NOT HAVE JURISDICTION" to investigate.

The evidence is overwhelming that the chemicals and heavy metals sprayed on the Portugues people directly affects the weather, preventing cloud build up, preventing it from raining and creates a green house effect when the suns rays shine through these chemicals.

Our fear in the future is that some nefarious NGO could try and capitalise on this manufactured weather and lobby the government to create some kind of "climate tax" or something similar, when all they need to do is stop manipulating the weather.

We demand any and all geoengineering activities to be stopped immediately and the Portuguese people publicly advised that these activities have ceased.
