Delay in Residence permit renewal

I renewed my residence permit (2063K35P3) on march 14th at IRN braga , now almost 7 months over the process is in still analysing, from my knowledge within 90 working days AIMA should complete the process and make a decision. I request you to please speed up my process as soon as possible
