Nós, os d’O Povo de Portugal, exigimos a cessação imediata de todas e quaisquer formas de actividades de Geoengenharia, sejam elas aéreas ou terrestres, https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Climate_engineering e actividades de modificação do clima planeadas, ou que estão actualmente a decorrer em Portugal. Isto inclui quaisquer formas de injeção estratosférica de aerossol https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Stratospheric_aerosol_injection e também inclui:

1. Semeadura ou dispersão de qualquer substância em nuvens ou nevoeiro, para alterar a distribuição do tamanho das gotas, produzir cristais de gelo ou coagulação de gotículas, alterar o desenvolvimento de granizo ou relâmpagos, ou influenciar de qualquer forma o ciclo de desenvolvimento natural das nuvens ou do seu ambiente.
2. Modificar a troca de radiação solar da terra ou das nuvens, através da libertação de gases, poeiras, líquidos ou aerossóis para a atmosfera;
3. Modificação das caraterísticas das superfícies terrestres ou aquáticas através da pulverização ou tratamento com pós, sprays líquidos, corantes ou outros materiais;
4. Libertação de partículas electricamente carregadas ou radioactivas, ou iões, para a atmosfera;
5. Aplicação de ondas de choque, fontes de energia sónica ou outras fontes explosivas ou acústicas na
atmosfera;
6. Utilização de ondas de choque, fontes de energia sónica ou outras fontes explosivas ou acústicas na
atmosfera
7. Utilização de lasers ou outras fontes de radiação electromagnética; ou
8. Outras actividades realizadas com a intenção de modificar o tempo ou o clima, incluindo actividades e
experiências de gestão da radiação solar

Muitos países em todo o mundo, incluindo 8 estados nos EUA, proibiram toda e qualquer actividade de modificação do tempo. Incluímos o projeto de lei (SB 2691/HB 2063) do último estado a proibir a modificação do clima no estado do Tennessee, nos EUA.

Em Portugal, temos vindo a recolher dados desde 2012 sobre a modificação do clima. O resultado pode ser visto especialmente no sul de Portugal e coincide com as chuvas escassas e erráticas que têm vindo a cair desde 2012. Através da observação e da recolha de dados, constatámos que, antes da previsão de chuva e da formação de nuvens, os nossos céus são pulverizados com produtos químicos, o que impede a formação de nuvens e quase sempre impede a queda de chuva ou, na melhor das hipóteses, uma redução maciça da precipitação. Alguns dos produtos químicos encontrados nas amostras de água e solo recolhidas incluem: bário, estrôncio e óxido de alumínio (estes produtos químicos, bem como o iodeto de prata, podem ser encontrados nos relatórios dos testes de modificação do clima realizados no sítio Web da NOAA), sendo todos eles cancerígenos. O alumínio também contribui de forma maciça para o autismo e a doença de Alzheimer.

Para além da já instável crise climática que enfrentamos em Portugal e no nosso planeta, verificou-se que estas actividades e os produtos químicos resultantes no ambiente também destroem a microbiologia do solo, afectando assim a qualidade e até a possibilidade de cultivar alimentos aqui em Portugal, especialmente no sul. A ciência também demonstra que aumenta consideravelmente o risco de incêndios florestais e que, após a pulverização deste cocktail de químicos, muitas pessoas relataram ter problemas respiratórios.

Compreendemos que a geoengenharia faz parte do método da UE para combater as “alterações climáticas” e faz parte do “Acordo Verde Europeu”, mas também vemos que empresas privadas como https://evergreenaviation.com/fuselage/supertanker/ e https://www.2excelaviation.com/special-missions/, bem como algumas companhias aéreas comerciais (temos as provas), vendem efectivamente os seus serviços de modificação do clima. Sabemos que existem muitas mais empresas deste género por toda a Europa.

No que diz respeito à União Europeia e ao seu envolvimento activo na Geoengenharia. Escrevemos-lhes e este é um excerto da sua resposta;
“A geoengenharia é uma intervenção deliberada e em grande escala no sistema climático da Terra, com o objetivo de reduzir o aquecimento global através de abordagens tecnológicas. Existem duas categorias de tecnologias: a remoção de dióxido de carbono (CDR) e outras tecnologias como os métodos de reflexão da luz solar (SRM), também conhecidos como gestão da radiação solar...”

Parte da mensagem refere-se à “redução do aquecimento global”, no entanto os resultados que encontramos aqui em Portugal são completamente contrários. Temos milhares de relatos de que a atmosfera está a ser “aquecida” e os raios solares parecem ser como uma lupa quando atravessam os aerossóis que foram pulverizados. Também temos agricultores e cidadãos preocupados que relatam que as suas colheitas e plantas apresentam sintomas de queimaduras. Isto, juntamente com a destruição da formação de nuvens e a consequente falta de chuva, não é, definitivamente, o que a resposta dos centros de contacto directo da Europa mencionaram.

Só podemos supor que a entidade responsável pela monitorização dos efeitos da modificação do clima no nosso país ou é incompetente, ou é ignorante, ou possivelmente tem uma agenda mais sinistra.

Também estamos bem cientes de que a NATO e os militares discutem abertamente sobre “Possuir o tempo em 2025”, como se pode ver neste documento.

Relativamente ao acima referido. Nós, o povo, acreditamos que a modificação e redução da nossa chuva devido à Geoengenharia que está a ocorrer actualmente em Portugal viola este acordo global.

O que é mais angustiante e horrível acima de tudo é o recente estudo científico que apareceu nas notícias desta semana de 1, 2 e 3 dimensionais estruturados de carbono/nano tecnologia de grafeno encontrados na vacina mRNA Pfizer e Moderna covid https://ijvtpr.com/ index.php/IJVTPR/article/view/102

Depois vemos que, no mesmo ano, a implementação de vacinas covídias obrigatórias que feriu tantas pessoas em todo o mundo foi obrigatória na população de Portugal que uma patente, nomeadamente https://patents.google.com/patent/US202200002159A1/en foi criada e precocemente nós descobrir na patente acima referida que também contém compósito poroso nanoestruturado, óxido de grafeno reduzido tridimensional, supostamente para "Semelhança em nuvem"
Esta tecnologia não deve absolutamente não deve ser permitida para o ambiente.

Por outro lado, a ciência também existe para efectivamente “criar chuva”, como se viu recentemente no Dubai. Também no sítio Web da NOAA, no documento “National weather modifications and programs”, é referido que o sector agrícola poderia beneficiar muito com o aumento da precipitação.
Porque é que isto não está a ser feito aqui em Portugal?
Em vez disso, em algumas partes de Portugal, estamos a assistir a um “imposto sobre a água” para os turistas. Se esta taxa fosse, pelo menos, para as companhias aéreas (acima mencionadas) criarem chuva através da “sementeira de nuvens” (tendo em conta os riscos para a saúde acima mencionados), em vez de suprirem a chuva e o manto de nuvens, faria sentido, mas em vez disso está a acontecer o contrário
Da forma como as coisas estão, não tardará muito até termos uma espécie de “imposto climático” se estas actividades não forem travadas.

Todos os organismos vivos do nosso maravilhoso país têm direito à chuva que cai livremente e da qual estamos agora a ser privados. Também deveríamos todos saber quais os produtos químicos que estão a ser utilizados na agricultura.

We the people of Portugal demand the immediate cessation of any and all forms be it from the air or land based Geoengineering activities https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Climate_engineering and weather modification activities that are currently and planned to take place in Portugal. This includes any forms of Stratospheric aerosol injection https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Stratospheric_aerosol_injection and also including:
1.Seeding or dispersing of any substance into clouds or fog, to alter drop size distribution, produce ice crystals or coagulation of droplets, alter the development of hail or lightning, or influence in any way the natural development cycle of clouds or their environment.
2.Modifying the solar radiation exchange of the earth or clouds, through the release of gases, dusts, liquids, or aerosols into the atmosphere;
3.Modifying the characteristics of land or water surfaces by dusting or treating with powders, liquid sprays, dyes, or other materials;
4.Releasing electrically charged or radioactive particles, or ions, into the atmosphere;
5.Applying shock waves, sonic energy sources, or other explosive or acoustic sources to the atmosphere;
6.Using aircraft propeller downwash, jet wash, or other sources of artificial wind generation;
7.Using lasers or other sources of electromagnetic radiation; or
8.Other activities undertaken with the intent to modify the weather or climate, including solar radiation management activities and experiments

Many countries around the world including 8 states in the USA have banned any weather modification activity. We include the BILL (SB 2691/HB 2063) from the latest state to ban weather modification from the state of Tennessee in the USA.

In Portugal we have been collecting data since 2012 on weather modification. The result can be seen especially in the south of Portugal and coincides with the meagre and erratic rains that have been falling since 2012. Through observation and data collection, we have noted prior to forecast rain and cloud formation, our skies get sprayed with chemicals and this prevents cloud formation and almost always prevents rain from falling or at best a massive reduction in precipitation. Some of the chemicals found in water and soil samples taken include: barium, strontium and aluminium oxide (These chemicals as well as silver iodide can all be found in the reports from weather modification tests undertaken on the NOAA website) all of which are carcinogenic.
Aluminium also contributes massively to autism and alzheimers.

Along with the already unstable climate crisis that we face in Portugal and on our planet, these activities and the resultant chemicals in the environment have also been found to destroy soil microbiology thus vastly affecting the quality and even the possibility of growing food here in Portugal especially in the south. The science is also there to show that it vastly increases the risk of forest fires and after spraying this cocktail of chemicals many people reported of having respiratory and breathing issues.

We understand that Geoengineering is part of the E.U´s method of tackling “Climate change” and is part of the “European Green deal” but we also see that private companies such as https://evergreenaviation.com/fuselage/supertanker/ and https://www.2excelaviation.com/special-missions/ as well as some commercial airlines (we have the evidence) actually sell their weather modification services. We know there to many more of these companies all over Europe.

With regards to the European Union and its active envolvement in Geoengineering. We wrote to them and this an excerpt from their response.
"Geoengineering is a deliberate and large-scale intervention in the Earth's climatic system, with the aim of reducing global warming through technological approaches. There are two categories of technologies: carbon dioxide removal (CDR) and other technologies such as sunlight reflection methods (SRM), also known as solar radiation management.."

Part of the message refers to “reducing global warming” however the results we find here in Portugal are completely the contrary. We have thousands of reports of the atmosphere being “heated” up and the suns rays seem to be like a magnifying glass as they pass through the aerosols that have been sprayed. We also have farmers and concerned citizens reporting that their crops and plants show symptoms of being burnt. This along with the destruction of cloud formation and then lack of rain is definitely not what the Europe direct contact centres response mentioned.

We can only surmise that the entity responsible for monitoring the effects of weather modification in our country is either incompetent, ignorant or possibly there is a more sinister agenda.

We are also very aware that NATO and the military openly discuss about “Owning the weather in 2025” as seen in this document.

Relating to the above. The U.N themselves drafted the "Convention on the Prohibition of Military or Any Other Hostile Use of Environmental Modification Techniques (ENMOD)” and which Portugal signed in 1991 and can be found here: https://s3.amazonaws.com/unoda-web/documents/library/conf/ENMOD-CONF-11-12.pdf
We the people believe that the modification and reduction in our rain from Geoengineering that is currently taking place is in Portugal is in breach of this global agreement.

What is most distressing and horrifying above all is the recent scientific study that appeared in the news this week of 1, 2 and 3 dimensional structured carbon / graphene nano technology found in the mRNA Pfizer and Moderna covid vaccine https://ijvtpr.com/index.php/IJVTPR/article/view/102

Then we see that the same year the mandated covid vaccine rollout that injured so many people worldwide was mandated on the population of Portugal that a patent, namely https://patents.google.com/patent/US20220002159A1/en was created and worryingly we find in the aforementioned patent that it also contains nanostructured porous composite, 3-dimensional reduced graphene oxide, supposedly for "Cloud seeding"
This technology absolutely must not be allowed into the environment.

On the flip side, the science also exists to actually “create rain” as recently seen in Dubai.
Also noted on NOAA´s website on the document “National weather modifications and programs” They mention that The agricultural sector could vastly benefit from precipitation enhancement.
Why is this not being done here in Portugal?
Instead in some parts of Portugal we are seeing a “water tax” for tourists. If this tax was at least going to airline companies (mentioned above) to create rain through "cloud seeding” (taking into account the health risks mentioned above) instead of depleting rain and cloud cover, it would make sense, instead the opposite is happening
The way things are, it wont be long until we have some kind of “climate tax” if these activities are not stopped.

Every single living organism in our wonderful country has the right to the free falling rain that we are now being deprived of. We should also all be privy to what chemicals are not only sprayed in the environment but on us humans, plants and animals as we are all affected. We the people believe that a huge crime is being committed and we ask for an immediate cessation and investigation into who is behind this and for what gain.
