Waiting for Second email

We are waiting for our biometric. We already have more than 12tax but still nothing .also some of my friends already done biometric but didn't get there card they are waiting for there card more than 9months .and the portugal gov. Says after 12tax your will receive your mail and get the card in within 90days but didn't get any progress in there system. Which is not God sign for this
