Residence card waiting

I just want to say a even a baby comes out from mother womb after 9 month but AIMA is treating us a like a slaves they don't bother whether we immigrants live or die..
I urge to grant us equality and stop torturing us ????????I am waiting for 10 months for my residence card I have given biometrics last year In the month of june,whenever I goes they say you can't come here ,email us call us,and they never receive our call or reply us back..
I am bdly depressed.
