Basic sanitation is one of the main environmental and health problems public in Brazil. In Joinville it is no different.
The domestic sewage collection and treatment network serves only 16.6%
of the population. Every day, around 61 million liters of untreated sewage are dumped into streams and rivers in the city.
We need to improve the garbage collection network!
