We are NOT GLS! We are a FB page that exists to exposure GLS bad procedures in Portugal! GLS Services in Portugal are a joke, and they continue to operate, even when you don't request GLS services (when a foreign postal service only uses GLS, ie: Royal Mail in UK). We can't make anything about your parcels except to exposure to everyone GLS BAD procedures, lack of service quality and no customer service at all. Also: if you take a closer look at "our" logo, it's the GLS logo pointing down :)
