End with winner/looser Queue's Algorithm on League of Legends

We are making this petition so Riot stops his hidden algorithm behind Queue's that literaly hold's you all the season so can't always win. If you have a strike of 5 win's the next 5 games you will be placed in a team with low elo players and with trolls so you cant keep climbing.
This is active since 2015 when Riot was selled to an Chinese company (tecent company)
I'm starting this petition worldwide and with some streammers from many countries.
Please joy in our quest so we can get back our old League of legends
