To create a coworking space from an old elementary school in Arco de São Jorge

The ideia is to create a cool coworking space from an old elemetary shool (closed for many years) in Arco de São Jorge (Madeira Island) in a rural and peacefull area.
We want, ultimately, to bring more people to the north of the island, by creating small communites and connecting people with the same interests, helping some businesses in the process.
We also want to bring more Digital Nomads to those rural areas,
