Korg Inc, a brand that produces professional keyboards as well as other equipment for musicians, produced a new arranger keyboard that it placed on the world market to replace the previous model called Korg PA4x and launched it on the market in July 2022 causing a frenetic race for its purchase by musicians who already knew very well and used the whole series of keyboards designated by PA.
In fact, Korg Inc created a new keyboard with a new system that supposedly would replace the previous model, applying a new operating system to it, advertising it enormously in order to attract customers and consequent sale of this new model.
So far so good, it wasn't found that this new keyboard, in addition to being full of errors (bugs) lost most of the functionality of all previous models. New technology but much slower in processing along with all the errors (bugs) found by users.
For the most part, they sold the previous model they had and then found that they had made one of the biggest mistakes of their lives, as they began to experience keyboard malfunctions live.
We are talking about one of the most expensive keyboards ever sold with prices ranging from 4100 to 4900 euros each, depending on the model.
In December 2022, almost half a year later, they made a software update but that did little to solve it and, after 1 year, almost all users in the entire world question when they will have a functional keyboard, at least like the previous model!!???
This petition intends to unite the users and owners of the Korg PA5x, in a united way, so that Korg is forced to accept the errors of this fraud by selling a product that, instead of evolving, has complicated the lives of all its users, Korg customers.
In fact, after almost 1 year, Korg never again informed customers when it intended to correct this keyboard or even refund the money to those who bought it because they felt cheated after spending a small fortune on their purchase.
KORG INC has at least justification and, as an alternative, makes an exception for owners who want to return the keyboard they bought and feel cheated.
KORG INC should have already notified all owners of the new PA5X model of the update date and correction of all detected errors and until today it has not done so.

Korg Inc marca que produz teclados profissionais além de outros equipamentos para os musicos, produziu um novo teclado arranjador que colocou no mercado mundial para substituir o anterior modelo que se designa por Korg PA4x e lançou-o no mercado em Julho de 2022 provocando uma frenetica corrida para a sua compra pelos musicos que já conheciam muito bem e usavam toda a serie de teclados designados por PA.
Realmente a Korg Inc criou um teclado novo com novo sistema que pressupostamente substituiria o anterior modelo, aplicando-lhe um novo sistema operativo, fazendo uma enorme publicidade ao mesmo de forma a atrair os clientes e consequente venda deste novo modelo.
Até aqui tudo bem, nao fosse constatado que efectivamente este novo teclado, além de estar cheio de erros (bugs) perdeu a maior parte das funcionalidades de todos os modelos anteriores. Nova tecnologia mas muito mais lento no processamento a par de todos os erros (bugs) constatados pelos utilizadores.
Na sua maior parte venderam o modelo anterior que possuiam e, depois constatam que cometeram um dos maiores erros das suas vidas pois ao vivo começaram a verificar mal funcionamento do teclado.
Estamos a falar de um teclado dos mais dispendiosos até hoje vendidos com preços de 4100 a 4900 euros cada um, dependendo do modelo.
Em Dezembro de 2022, passado quase meio ano fazem um update de software mas que pouco resolveu e, passado 1 ano quase todos os utilizadores do Mundo inteiro questionam quando irão ter um teclado funcional, pelo menos como o anterior modelo!!???
Esta peticão pretende juntar os utilizadores e proprietarios do Korg PA5x, de forma unida, para que a Korg seja obrigada a aceitar os erros desta fraude ao venderem um produto que em vez de evoluir complicou a vida de todos os seus utilizadores, clientes da Korg.
Aliás passados quase 1 ano a Korg nunca mais informou os clientes quando pretende corrigir este teclado ou até, devolver o dinheiro a quem comprou por se sentirem enganados depois de dispenderem uma pequena fortuna na sua compra.
A KORG INC tem no minimo justificar e como alternativa abrir a excepçao aos proprietarios que queiram devolver o teclado que compraram e, se sentem enganados.
A KORG INC já devia ter avisado todos os possuidores do novo modelo PA5X a data de actualizaçao e correçao de todos os erros detetados e até hoje nao o fez.

Korg Inc, eine Marke, die professionelle Keyboards und andere Ausrüstung für Musiker herstellt, brachte ein neues Arranger-Keyboard auf den Weltmarkt, um das Vorgängermodell namens Korg PA4x zu ersetzen, und brachte es im Juli 2022 auf den Markt, was zu einem hektischen Rennen führte für den Kauf durch Musiker, die die gesamte von PA bezeichnete Keyboardserie bereits sehr gut kannten und nutzten.
Tatsächlich hat Korg Inc. eine neue Tastatur mit einem neuen System entwickelt, das angeblich das Vorgängermodell ersetzen sollte, indem sie ein neues Betriebssystem darauf anwendete, enorme Werbung dafür machte, um Kunden anzulocken und das neue Modell folglich zu verkaufen.
Soweit so gut, es wurde nicht festgestellt, dass diese neue Tastatur nicht nur voller Fehler (Bugs) war, sondern auch den größten Teil der Funktionalität aller Vorgängermodelle verlor. Neue Technologie, aber viel langsamer in der Verarbeitung und mit allen von Benutzern gefundenen Fehlern (Bugs).
Meistens verkauften sie ihr Vorgängermodell und stellten dann fest, dass sie einen der größten Fehler ihres Lebens begangen hatten, als sie live mit Tastaturstörungen zu kämpfen hatten.
Die Rede ist von einer der teuersten Tastaturen, die jemals verkauft wurden, mit Preisen zwischen 4100 und 4900 Euro pro Stück, je nach Modell.
Im Dezember 2022, fast ein halbes Jahr später, führten sie ein Software-Update durch, das jedoch wenig zur Lösung des Problems beitrug, und nach einem Jahr fragen sich fast alle Benutzer auf der ganzen Welt, wann sie eine funktionsfähige Tastatur haben werden, zumindest wie beim Vorgängermodell !!???
Ziel dieser Petition ist es, die Benutzer und Besitzer des Korg PA5x vereint zu vereinen, damit Korg gezwungen ist, die Fehler dieses Betrugs zu akzeptieren, indem ein Produkt verkauft wird, das das Leben aller Benutzer komplizierter macht, anstatt sich weiterzuentwickeln. Korg-Kunden.
Tatsächlich hat Korg die Kunden nach fast einem Jahr nie wieder darüber informiert, wenn beabsichtigt wurde, diese Tastatur zu reparieren oder den Käufern auch nur das Geld zurückzuerstatten, weil sie sich betrogen fühlten, nachdem sie ein kleines Vermögen für den Kauf ausgegeben hatten.
KORG INC hat zumindest seine Berechtigung und macht alternativ eine Ausnahme für Besitzer, die ihre gekaufte Tastatur zurückgeben wollen und sich betrogen fühlen.
KORG INC hätte bereits alle Besitzer des neuen PA5X-Modells über das Update-Datum und die Korrektur aller erkannten Fehler informieren sollen, hat dies aber bis heute nicht getan.
