Luca L.	The Madeirense people, particularly those in Funchal, often refer to their high living standard and claim to be civilized and ethical people. The living standard probably being true though, being civilized and ethical people surely comes into question considering how those Madeirense sometimes treat their animals despite the fact that they have given themselves laws to treat them better, not mentioning the laws Madeirense are under from them being members of the European Union, that finances and financed Madeira's high living standard. So, get your people and law enforcement into order and treat your animals as your laws tell you - otherwise be called unethical and uncivilized and expect to sooner or later loose some of the EU's funds for your high living standard.
