O desenvolvimento deste hotel perto do rio e da rua dos pescadores iria tirar o encanto pitoresco que é Alvor, o desenvolvimento causaria danos estruturais para a aldeia e mudá-lo para pior para sempre. POR FAVOR, NÃO PERMITA QUE ESTE DESENVOLVIMENTO TENHA LUGAR EM ALVOR VILLAGE. Como alternativa, esse desenvolvimento poderia ser realizado nos arredores da vila, longe de residências e empresas existentes.
