Policia Federal - Inclua esse nome na INTERPOL!

Venho atravez dessa contar a historia da Cintia Pereira.

O motivo dessa peticao e pedir que o nome do GARY LEE HEATON II seja incluso na lista da INTERPOL. Essa e a UNICA forma de dar um desfecho feliz a uma historia tragica de uma mae, que foi separada do filho de 5 anos, cidadao brasileiro "JJ".

"JJ" foi abduzido pelo pai, viajando sem autorizacao da mae e da justica brasileira. Ele atravessou a fronteira do Paraguai e se escondeu em Provo, Utah - EUA por 5 meses com o filho. Ele falou a seu filho JJ que a mae Cintia estava morta. Tudo isso porque perdeu a guarda do filho no Brazil em Dezembro de 2015.

Apos cinco longos meses sem nenhuma comunicacao com a mae JJ foi encontrado no dia 16 de abril de 2016, escondido na casa dos avos. Eu imagino que esse foi o dia mais feliz da vida de JJ e Cintia!

Apos ser encontrado o Juiz permitiu que o JJ fosse devolvido para a mae e continuou tendo contato supervisionado com o pai. O pai trabalhou arduamente no artigo 13 da Convencao de Haia para reverter essa situacao. Ele utilizou dos mesmos metodos e argumentos que ja haviam sidos investigados no Brasil, por quase dois anos.

Nesse momento a situacao foi revertida. Gary tem guarda total, apesar de nao apresentar 1 prova sequer, so alegacoes. E quem tem direitos a visitas supervisionadas e a mae, Cintia.

A justica americana esta tirando toda a credibilidade de todo um trabalho realizado por todos os profissionais envolvidos nesse caso no Brasil. A unica possibilidade de levar o JJ de volta para o Brasil e incluindo o nome de GARY LEE HEATON II na lista da INTERPOL para que ele possa ser responsabilizado pelo crime que cometeu.

A guarda do menor foi concedida a mae em primeira e segunda instancia


A causa e justa. Eu peco que quem estiver lendo essa carta, se coloque no lugar dessa mae, ou desse filho e faca a constituicao brasileira e a convencao de Haia serem respeitada em todos os paizes que tenham esse tratado.

Por favor, inclua o nome de GARY LEE HEATON II na INTERPOL, para que essa crianca possa retornar a sua vida normal, onde ele nasceu e cresceu ate ele ser retirado ilegamente do convivio da sua mae, escola, avos, e toda a sua rotina.

I am here today to tell you the story of Cintia Pereira.

The reason for this petition is to ask you to include the name GARY LEE HEATON II on the INTERPOL DATABASE. This is the only way this tragic story can come to an end. This is the story about a mom that was separated from her 5-year-old Brazilian son "JJ".

JJ was abducted by his father. He took his son without parental authorization and against the Brazilian Justice. He left Brazil through Paraguay and hid in Provo - Utah - EUA for 5 months with JJ. He told his own son that his mother Cintia was dead. The reason behind his actions lies on the fact that he lost custody of his son in December 2015.

After 5 long months with NO communication at all with his mom, JJ was found on April 16th of 2016, hiding in his grandparents' house. I can only imagine it was the happiest day of JJ and Cintia's lives!

After JJ was found the judge allowed JJ to be returned to his mom and the little boy continued to have supervised visits with his father. The father worked fiercely on the Article 13 of the Hague convention to revert this situation. He utilized the same methods and arguments that he had already used in Brazil, and all of his arguments were already properly investigated for almost 2 years.

At this time, Gary was able to get away with false arguments, without having any proof. Cintia is the one who is having supervised visitations 3 times a week.

The American Justice is not recognizing all the work that was put in place by the Brazilian professionals. The only possibility to take JJ back home is to include the name of the abductor GARY LEE HEATON II on the Interpol List so he can be held accountable for his crimes.

The custody of the minor was given to his mother not once, but twice by the Brazilian Court System.

I ask for you, reading this letter, to put yourself in this mom's shoes or even in her son's shoes and make the Brazilian Law and the International Hague Convention be respected in every country it has an agreement with.

Would you please include the name GARY LEE HEATON II in the INTERPOL Database so this little boy can resume his normal life, where he was born and grew up? He was taken illegally, he belongs with his family, school friends and back home with his routine.
